Health (H) , Safety (S) and Environment (E), HSE is an acronym for the methodology that studies and implements the practical aspects of protecting the environment and maintaining health and safety at occupation. In simple terms it is what organizations must do to make sure that their activities do not cause harm to anyone. Commonly, quality - quality assurance & quality control - is adjoined to form the company division known as HSQE.

Better health at its heart, should have the development of safe, high quality, and environmentally friendly processes, working practices and systemic activities that prevent or reduce the risk of harm to people in general, operators, or patients.

From a safety standpoint, it involves creating organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and substances. It also includes training of personnel in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of protective clothing and equipment.

From an environmental standpoint, it involves creating a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions all the way to helping site's reduce the company's carbon footprint.

Regulatory requirements play an important role in EHS discipline and EHS managers must identify and understand relevant HSE regulations, the implications of which must be communicated to executive management so the company can implement suitable measures.

Qualified & Trained resources

We provide Qualified (PDIS) and trained safety professionals for safety Stewart/ executive / officer under direct role or under our role to comply the day to day safety activities of the organization.

We provide Qualified and trained firemen / fire supervisor / officer under direct role or under our role to check and maintain the fire fighting system with regular onsite training with drills to upkeep the employees for emergency situations.

Training on HSE

We review the training requirements as per the activities carried out along with the Risk assessment, Aspect impact assessment and prepare training modules. Conduct specific SHE audio visual trainings at site with pre, post assessment, quiz and feedback. (ex. General safety, Chemical safety, Electrical safety, Fire safety, Work Permit system, Material handling, Logistic safety, Behavior Based Safety, Environmental Safety, General First-aid, Yoga etc.)

SHE Awareness Programs – We prepare and conduct awareness programs includes role plays, situational safety games with instant quiz etc. related to specific programs (Ex. Road Safety week, National Safety week, Fire Safety Day, World Environment Day, Chemical Disaster Day, Blood donation camp, Health camp, Eye check up camp etc.)

Safety Management Documentation - We Prepare documents (Procedure, SOP, Check lists etc.) related to safety management system as applicable for the organization for day to day compliance and support for ISO certification.

On site Emergency Action Plan - We Prepare On-site emergency action plan for the organization as per Factories Act and State Factories Rule.

Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) - We provide and maintain Complete CSMS solution for all the Contractors / Vendors working inside the organization. (Ex. Maintenance of Fire Fighting system - We provide trained firemen / supervisor with regular / scheduled routine to maintain the fire fighting system to combat any fire emergency. (ex. Fire extinguishers, hydrant line, hydrant posts, fire pump house, detection system etc. with inspection and rectification)

Mock drills / Fire drills - We conduct emergency drills by qualified professionals at sites with training / practical demonstration, evaluation and report submission along with suggestive measures for any gap findings.

PPE booth - We manage PPE booths with specific PPE’s (ex. Shoes, helmet, reflective jacket etc.) as required, train the manpower and maintained them to comply the PPE requirement at gate entry for visitors/ transporters/ drivers etc.

First-aid center / OHC center - We provide qualified, certified and trained manning with equipments, ambulance van to operate the Occupational Health Center / First-aid center at plant / project sites.

Support services - We support all related SHE solutions related to Audits, statutory testing by competent persons (lifting tools and tackles, pressure vessels, roof life line, structural etc.), statutory liaison, safety software, Road safety measures, machine specific LOTO procedure, PPE’s etc.
