Introduction
SDEAS " Leader in Manpower Consultancy Services". Mr. Bikash Patra has been the founding stone and mentor for the last 25 years. Mr.Patra having worked with industries very closely, noticed the gap between the industries and the candidates looking for good opportunities. He tried to bridge the gap with SDEAS Consultancy services. Mr. Patra started this journey with a group of qualified & dedicated Engineers. "SDEAS" has established itself as a renowned name in the HR & Outsourcing realm by providing wide range of recruitment and consultancy services to diverse companies throughout India. Our team of expers dedicated towards leveraging the business potential of our clients by offering strategic HR services * There was no proper Boiler Training Institute in the market for producing qualified Boiler Attendant at that time. * We started our Training division by training unemployed youths in Boiler training and started placing them in Industries intended to use their skill & proficiency. * Candidates succeeded in their BACC Certification exams from various boards. This ultimately led us to supply and cater the needs of the Industries with Boilers.
We Enhance
As a certified Boiler repairer we started our Boiler repairing job after getting certificate of IBR. Gradually it supported our trained students to get adequate knowledge & practice in Boiler Repairing & Maintenance job. This year we started our best cooperation for supporting Industries in our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) programmes through our NGO (SDEAS Welfare Society). This was an opening towards new era of Boiler Maintenance.
We Commited
We started our trained candidates to go & support the Industries as per their requirement. We also started providing them with qualified Boiler Attendant & Support Staff. Satisfied with our services, the Industries started asking for Boiler Attendant and subsequently request came up for taking up of Operation & Maintenance for the Industries.
After getting a good response & great success in the fields of Boiler Education, Boiler Maintenance, Boiler Erection & Commissioning, Repair & Boiler (O & M), we started a new course as Power Plant Technology & other Industry based training course.This supported the Industries for having their qualified manpower as per requirement with an aim to impart training to unemployed youths to support the Industries in various fields. This also helped us to interact with the local villagers directly which helped the Industries in long run. We also started our technical field in Electric Train Engine Maintenance at South Eastern Railway, Bondamunda which the first of its kind in Indian Railways and still continuing till date.
Normally all the Industries in their peripheral development programme impart training for self employment such as sewing, tailoring, cane, papad making, etc., but we give stress to the Industry based training to the underprivileged local youths where the Industries are based so as to get jobs in their respective areas. In this way JINDAL Steel & Power, Tata Steel & Power & other Industries gave us great support by giving us an opportunity for their peripheral development activity by empowering their peripheral youths through Industry based training & education & thereafter placement as per their actual requirement of machine based.
Bikash Patra, Director SDEASAs we all know no one can fulfill the unemployment problem but here we still can try our best to minimize it at our level and resources. In this year we started our own Fire Division by which we started providing Fire Protection & Prevention services to the Industries as they do not have their own Fire fighting services.
